5、：COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND MANUFACTURERS: 3.包裝：采用能適應(yīng)長途空運(yùn)和氣候變化，并能很好地防止野蠻裝卸、防潮、防雨水侵蝕、防腐蝕、防震、防凍裂和防銹的堅(jiān)固的木箱/紙箱進(jìn)行包裝。賣方應(yīng)對包裝不良以及未采取適當(dāng)、正確的包裝而造成的貨物損壞和產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任。箱內(nèi)需包含一套完整的技術(shù)資料。貨物包裝應(yīng)當(dāng)由出口國家或地區(qū)政府植物檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)可的企業(yè)按中國出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局確認(rèn)的檢疫除害處理方法處理，并加施政

20、 weight, measurements and the estimated arrival time of the goods at the destination.13.質(zhì)量保證：賣方保證合同產(chǎn)品使用最好的材料，由頭等有經(jīng)驗(yàn)人員制成，并且是全新、未經(jīng)使用過，此外，在各方面均符合合同中所規(guī)定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)格，保證期應(yīng)是自雙方簽署驗(yàn)收報(bào)告之日起 12個(gè)月。在保證期內(nèi)，產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問題，由賣方無償修理或更換，各種費(fèi)用由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)（維修
