4、trust companies in China makes people doubt about thecapacity of the trust. After “Trust law”, “Administer method of trust and investmentcorporation”, and “Temporarily Administer method on gather fund of trust andinvestm

5、ent corporation” was published in 2002, trust has had its law frame fordevelopment. But institutional bounds still exist in trust industry, such as the defect in thelaw, the poor infrastructure of the trust industry and

6、the immature market environment.This paper deals with the liquidity of trust industry on the angle of trust market.According to this claw, this thesis works on the nature of the trust, and after recallingthe history of C

7、hina trust industry and analyzing the present situation of China trustindustry, it first demonstrates the importance of the liquidity of the trust producttheoretically, and then argues that the lack of liquidity in trust
