1、多重序列比對(duì)(MSA)是在現(xiàn)代生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用中的最重要方法之一。MSA被應(yīng)用于生物信息學(xué)中的不同領(lǐng)域,譬如功能和結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)測(cè)以及基因的進(jìn)化。不過(guò)MSA是一個(gè)NP-hard問(wèn)題,因此啟發(fā)式方法可在合理的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成大量的數(shù)據(jù)比對(duì)。
當(dāng)進(jìn)行比對(duì)時(shí),我們有許多不同的方法如動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃法、啟發(fā)性方法、漸進(jìn)法等。在現(xiàn)有的探索性方法中。CLUSTALW被認(rèn)為是一種優(yōu)越的應(yīng)用軟件,其能夠提供較優(yōu)勢(shì)的序列分析法。雖然有著許多不同方法。但我們不能確定

本論文將介紹多重序列比對(duì)理論和現(xiàn)有的MSA應(yīng)用程序。此后本文將基于動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃法進(jìn)行分析及提出解決方案。本文逐漸完成雙序列比對(duì)、三序列比對(duì)和多中心比對(duì)(MCSA)。在每次測(cè)試中,選取不同長(zhǎng)度的序列,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。
本論文的主要工作是在動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃法基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)了矩陣分析方法。本論文使用最低分?jǐn)?shù)構(gòu)成矩陣并會(huì)按由下而上方向填人數(shù)據(jù),序列此對(duì)結(jié)果取決于“打分矩陣、差距、方法
