2、 With the development of our country's economic construction, it is demanded more and requirements for its performance are higher. Swing mechanism and hoisting mechanism are important institut
3、ion cranes; its dynamic characteristics directly affect the entire crane work performance. At present, the domestic truck crane manufacturer is mainly based on experience and analogy method for
4、hydraulic system design, and then problems are found through the prototype test. It has spent a lot of time and energy, and adds design cost. Firstly, truck crane hydraulic system composition and c
5、haracteristics and hydraulic simulation technology are introduced; the hydraulic system simulation modeling of some methods to automobile crane swing mechanism are expounded; hoisting mechanism of hy
6、draulic circuits are analyzed. Then the corresponding hydraulic system diagram is simplified and the amount of QY20 truck crane swing mechanism and hoisting mechanism hydraulic loop are calculated.
7、 Secondly, with French AMESim software, we establish QY20 truck crane swing mechanism and hoisting mechanism of machine electrohydraulic simulation model, properly choosing system components of solito
8、n model, testifying the simulation model by field measurement. Finally, simulation experiments are designed; the design of swing mechanism of braking accuracy and inertia, rotary resistance torque, brak
9、ing time, reversing valve mouth open degree, overflow valve pressure adjustment for other factors on the truck crane swing mechanism and hoisting mechanism hydraulic system are analyzed. Simulation results
10、 show that with the working status changing, the system will generate pressure impact; but pressure shock of above influencing factors to swing mechanism and lifting mechanism hydraulic system i
11、s obvious. In system design, reasonable matching is needed to achieve content system dynamic characteristics. This paper discussed the truck crane hoisting system’ s second decline and the solutio
12、ns to the decline of the second basic ways; the unidirectional throttle valve will brake oil control mode by manual control instead of hydraulic controlled, using lifting motor oil into or out
13、 of the mouth of the pressure difference to adjust the flow restrictor mouth diameter, indirectly controlling brake face turn on time, thus the final purpose of secondary decline can be elimi
14、nated. On this basis, based on AMESim software for improved system modeling and simulation, using the simulation results, the hypothesis of system transition process quality and stability, and g
15、iving the corresponding relationship between pressure times for the requirements under load and establishing lifting motor and open time for the detent, which provides theoretical basis of improvi
