2、major natural disasters, public health, social security incidents occur from time to time, and new situations and problems have risen one after another. These emergencies will not only cause hu
3、ge casualties and property losses, but also affect social stability and even a threat to national security. How to deal with unexpected events,of any countries and organizations have to face st
4、rong challenges. In recent years, academics and related government departments in this area have given the high degree of attention, and “ emergency logistics”turns into a new study in the fiel
5、d of logistics. The transport problem is an important part of emergency transport logistics, The essence of the problem lies in the choice of a suitable emergency rescue point ,and determines
6、 to the volume of material out of the corresponding point . First of all, this thesis established emergency supplies for transport model in the case of a certainty, and furtherly researched o
7、n goods transport issues in case of uncertainty. The simulation examples show the model and algorithm correctness . The main research work as follows : 1.The transport of emergency supplies for
8、 the abstract issue for combinatorial optimization problems of emergency rescue a point. First, this thesis established emergency supplies for transport planning Models of single goal, double goa
9、ls and more than the target in the case of uncertainty, and then furtherly researched on goods transport model in case of uncertainty. The simulation examples show the model and algorithm cor
10、rectness. 2.In the study of multi- objective programming model of the shortest time, at least from the save point put the number and the lowest cost .Use the priority objectives of the planni
11、ng ideas for solving the model,and a computer program to achieve its operation. 3.In this thesis, the use of multi- level decision tree of the methods are analyzed, and through examples introduc
