5、o the order may not be written properly by the attendant, due to which wrong dishes can be made. Hence with the help of the wireless technology and android system, a wireless ordering system can be implemented which will
6、 include all the ordering processes. This provides freedom and sufficient time to the customer for placing their order. With the development of android technology and WIFI technology, we can put these technologies into t
7、he food service management system. Hence management at the hotel’s end will be reduced considerably which in turn will help the growth of the hotel. So this wireless ordering system is developed to achieve an interpretat
8、ion of wireless ordering which was based on this idea.To provide an integrated Solution for the Restaurant, hotel or café, which Helps in Efficient Management of the Hotel, Enhance Customer Care, Improve work effici
9、ency, Enable the Growth of the Hotel, Reminding dishes, helps to provide customer with full facilities without taking an extra effort to customers and workers also.One of the main causes of poor service at restaurants an
10、d other eateries such as restaurants, cafes and is the traditional ordering process is waiters writing down orders from customers, passing the orders to the kitchen or manager and cashiers. In addition to the time taken
11、to get the orders to the different stations, Traditional order taking process can also get the orders mixed up, missed or even lost altogether. These seemingly little problems add up to customer service inefficiency that
12、 requires more waiters than actually required at any one time. This need has created a demand for more cheap waiters, which has indirectly resulted in illegal immigrant problems. The customer service inefficiency that is
13、 caused by traditional order taking process can be improved by readily available technology. The time taken by each waiter walking to the different stations to make sure the order is processed can actually be cut down by
14、 utilizing an ordering system that automatically manage the order. This system is based on a two way wireless communications between the ordering systems software in the server and the client software installed in the mo
15、bile provided to waiters and also order from customers wireless enabled device.Proposed WorkThe content of this design was based on the technology of wireless communication. With the help of wireless local area network i

18、working can be effective with WIFI connection. The route in the wireless network plays a network bridging role.It is responsible for the data interaction with ordering terminal. Through the service management software it
19、 can check the access devices in real-time, receive the customer's ordering information and send text messages to the specified terminal including information confirm and notification message. Combined with MYSQL dat
20、abase management software, it can store all of the customers ordering records by date. In the database query management module you can inquiry the ordering history records at any time, statistical analysis of customer
