5、　工藝流程：</b></p><p>　　原料收集·原料粉碎·機械制粒成型·裝袋銷售</p><p>　　根據(jù)農(nóng)作物的收獲期不同，要及時大量儲存原料，隨后粉碎，成型。成型時注意不要隨即裝袋，因熱脹冷縮的原理待冷卻410分鐘后，再裝袋運輸。</p><p>　　秸稈燃料成型機性能介紹：</p><p>

8、續(xù)使用10以上），加油后擰緊注油孔塞頭。</p><p>　　2、認真檢查電力線路，預防串點、漏電、確保使用安全。</p><p>　　3、仔細檢查機器電機，傳動部件連接部位的螺栓，螺絲是否堅固，有無松動現(xiàn)象，以便及時緊固。</p><p>　　4、根據(jù)物類的種類設定預熱溫度(玉米、小麥秸稈在80到90℃之間，花生殼稻殼在80到100℃之間)。</p>

9、<p>　　5、開機后先空轉一分鐘，檢查機器轉動是否正常，正常時再少量進料，待機器內的余料出凈后，才可均勻上料。</p><p>　　6、上料前，請務必注意原料中的堅硬雜物，杜絕石料、鐵塊等進入料倉以免損壞機器。</p><p>　　7、每運行8小時須為萬向節(jié)上的注油空加油一次，一次注油2-3滴即可。停機前請上少許濕料，以便次日開機后順利出料。</p><p

10、><b>　　二、注意事項：</b></p><p>　　1、使用前請仔細閱讀本說明書各項內容，并按照操作規(guī)程及先后順序操作。</p><p>　　2、成型機對水分的要求:玉米秸稈、小麥秸、稻草的含水量在10%-30%之間均可成型，以15%-20%之間為最佳。花生殼、稻殼的含水量在12%-14%之間時，成型效果最好。</p><p>　　

11、3、料斗內無料時請勿空轉。如因原料水分超過30%發(fā)生悶機（不出料）現(xiàn)象時，應及時關閉機器，清理料斗內的濕料，再加入符合要求的原料即可正常生產(chǎn)。</p><p>　　4、聽到機器有異常響動時，立即停機檢查，嚴禁取下料斗開機，以防壓輥傷人。</p><p><b>　　秸稈燃料的特點：</b></p><p>　　成型后的顆粒燃料，比重(speci
