簡介:1/3XXXX銀行代理保險業(yè)務排查自查整改報告銀行代理保險業(yè)務排查自查整改報告XX農(nóng)村合作銀行關(guān)于代理保險業(yè)務的自查整改報告六安辦事處為認真貫徹落實關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)銀行業(yè)治理商業(yè)賄賂領導小組的通知(皖農(nóng)信聯(lián)辦XX129號)精神,我行結(jié)合向“流程銀行”轉(zhuǎn)變的工作實際,對照保監(jiān)會XX70號文件要求,對近年來開展的代理保險業(yè)務進行了全面細致的排查,現(xiàn)將排查、整改情況報告如下一、代理保險業(yè)務的基本情況我行領導高度重視代理保險業(yè)務的開展與發(fā)展,切實地推出了規(guī)范、有效的措施來加強與保險公司的配合。全縣從上至下也一直把代理保險業(yè)務作為業(yè)務結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的一項重點業(yè)務來抓,作為開展中間業(yè)務的突破口來抓,且一直將代理保險業(yè)務放在與合行主營業(yè)務同等重要的地位規(guī)范地抓。XX年度,我行沒有開辦代理保險業(yè)務。XX年初伊始,我行貫徹省聯(lián)社有關(guān)代理保險業(yè)務的文件精神,在與多家保險公司談判協(xié)商后,和中國太平洋人壽保險公司六安營銷服務部達成代理協(xié)議,規(guī)范操作流程,開展業(yè)務培訓,大力推進代理保險業(yè)務,截止XX年8月,霍山合行33個營業(yè)網(wǎng)點,代辦“安貸寶”業(yè)務560戶,累計代收保費169354元,因未領取保險中介服務統(tǒng)一發(fā)票,至今未領取代理手續(xù)費。3/3(二)加強代理保險業(yè)務規(guī)范管理體制的建設。制定代理保險業(yè)務的實施細則,修訂、完善代理業(yè)務的內(nèi)控制度,加強制度落實情況的檢查和監(jiān)督,防止商業(yè)賄賂,防止金融風險,確保保險人的合法權(quán)益。進一步明確專門的代理保險管理機構(gòu)和專業(yè)人員負責業(yè)務發(fā)展。將代理保險業(yè)務發(fā)展納入對各支行行長的目標責任制范疇進行考核。針對我行點多面廣、綜合業(yè)務上線的極為有利的優(yōu)勢,在省社的領導下,研究開發(fā)中間業(yè)務平臺,加快電子化建設的進程。要求保險公司對職工的定期、免費培訓,全面提高提高整體素質(zhì),爭取在XX年前,做到至少每網(wǎng)點有12名代理人員的持證上崗。(三)大力發(fā)展代理保險業(yè)務,促進其他業(yè)務共同發(fā)展。通過代理保險業(yè)務等中間業(yè)務的平臺,使保戶變成合作銀行的客戶,從而有力地促進代理保險和合行業(yè)務的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。更重要的是,做出合行的品牌,做出合行的人氣。二00X年九月六日
