簡(jiǎn)介:MM竹值代6QJ蚯I8幸朝井委槲戢乞茲學(xué)位論文城市濕地景觀生態(tài)規(guī)劃研究以株洲荷塘公園為例指導(dǎo)敦JL『|I姓寰L|請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別學(xué)科、專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱(chēng)論文咎辯日』目J學(xué)位授于單位和粹辯委員會(huì)主席李功偉、學(xué)號(hào)001145豎僉墼撞瑚墨一』厶型型繾撾型出二堂直二盤(pán)業(yè)型盟墅』E一生盤(pán)生研究方向生魚(yú)旦£一191I主I旦論文提交剛∞型業(yè)生』』L肌_主壹鹽些韭生叁生型旦魚(yú)圭且盟/一㈣徽洶羅城市濕地景觀生態(tài)規(guī)劃研究一以株洲荷塘公園為例①經(jīng)營(yíng)景觀帶,各斑塊類(lèi)型大小差異不大,斑塊異質(zhì)性低。趨向于幾何形狀和多邊形,形狀較為規(guī)整。道路和河流溝渠為景觀中的廊道,占據(jù)了景觀總面積的351%。對(duì)于連通性,河溝和道路的連通性極高,是景觀中的廊道。②半自然景觀帶,蘆葦帶和沼地是所占比例最大的兩種類(lèi)型,合計(jì)占據(jù)了7633%的景觀總面積,斑塊數(shù)目和密度非常高分別為11、8和2552、1856,是養(yǎng)殖池的2倍和3倍,而平均斑塊面積小,說(shuō)明這兩種景觀類(lèi)型的破碎度非常高。養(yǎng)殖池斑塊數(shù)量少、密度低,但也占據(jù)了952%的景觀面積。道路和河流溝渠作為廊道,占據(jù)了1415%的較高比例。裸地和蘆葦帶,形狀較復(fù)雜,形式簡(jiǎn)單,反映了人為改造的特點(diǎn)。③自然景觀帶,灘涂、沼地、蘆葦帶共占據(jù)了大約902%的景觀總面積,河溝是景觀中的廊道,占據(jù)了108%的面積。蘆葦帶的斑塊形狀相對(duì)復(fù)雜,沼地的斑塊面積較為均勻。兩者的平均鄰近距離也相當(dāng),但蘆葦帶的最鄰近距離方差值比沼地高,以上兩點(diǎn)都說(shuō)明了該區(qū)域內(nèi)蘆葦帶比沼地的斑塊異質(zhì)性高。散布與并列指數(shù),灘涂的該指標(biāo)值非常高,是自然景觀帶的最高值,達(dá)8722,說(shuō)明灘涂這個(gè)景觀類(lèi)型的斑塊在景觀中分布很均勻,并且其周?chē)⒉贾陌邏K類(lèi)型豐富,分布比較均勻;沼地的該指標(biāo)值最低,為2668,說(shuō)明其在景觀中的分布較為集中;蘆葦帶的該指標(biāo)值為454,高于沼地,原因是它的分布不如沼地那樣集中。而蘆葦帶和沼地相對(duì)于灘涂的較低的散布與并列指數(shù)也反映了它們呈帶狀分布的特點(diǎn),說(shuō)明散布與并列指數(shù)是一個(gè)比較好的反映景觀類(lèi)型在總體景觀內(nèi)部的空間格局的指標(biāo)。4提出了株洲荷塘公園生態(tài)規(guī)劃的方法,從三個(gè)規(guī)劃層面上去研究。理念規(guī)劃主要對(duì)濕地景觀建設(shè)的目標(biāo)、原則二個(gè)方面進(jìn)行討論。目標(biāo)上提出資源、教育、產(chǎn)業(yè)、游憩和發(fā)展等多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃體系,最終目的是要保護(hù)原有濕地景觀資源,拓展?jié)竦刭Y源。原則上提出了環(huán)境優(yōu)先原則、可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則、生態(tài)文明的原則。實(shí)際規(guī)劃中,一是針對(duì)公園的生態(tài)廊道連通性的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,以保證生態(tài)系統(tǒng)間能量、物質(zhì)、信息能夠順利流動(dòng);二是針對(duì)濕地中最主要的水體水域進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,核心保護(hù)區(qū)的水面連成片,在人類(lèi)活動(dòng)多的區(qū)域則增加小型的人工水體,以滿(mǎn)足人類(lèi)休閑活動(dòng)的需要。根據(jù)濕地公園保護(hù)性的特殊情況,通過(guò)對(duì)世界旅游組織的生態(tài)承載力公式進(jìn)行適當(dāng)變形,經(jīng)過(guò)分析后提出了適合濕地公園這種保護(hù)型公園的公式T廠(chǎng)生紅。并于最后強(qiáng)調(diào)生態(tài)規(guī)劃還必須與生態(tài)管理相結(jié)合的管理思路。KI‘關(guān)鍵詞城市濕地景觀;生態(tài)規(guī)劃;景觀穩(wěn)定性;景觀格局Ⅱ

簡(jiǎn)介:同濟(jì)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文城市養(yǎng)老設(shè)施規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)研究姓名劉軍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)建筑與土木工程指導(dǎo)教師劉云過(guò)偉敏20030401人類(lèi)已邁入二十一世紀(jì),在充分享受社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化高度發(fā)達(dá)所創(chuàng)造的豐碩成果的同時(shí),也遇到了許多前所未有的問(wèn)題。其中,人口老齡化作為全球性的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,將對(duì)世界各國(guó)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2000年全世界老齡人口超過(guò)6億,預(yù)計(jì)到2050年將會(huì)增加一倍以上.從10%上升到22%。為此,聯(lián)臺(tái)國(guó)把1999年定為“國(guó)際老年人年”,以促進(jìn)世界各國(guó)對(duì)老年人的重視。在我國(guó),老齡化問(wèn)題也日益突出。20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),60歲以上老年人口平均每年以3%速度增長(zhǎng)。1999年我國(guó)成為老年型國(guó)家,據(jù)預(yù)測(cè),到本世紀(jì)中葉,60歲以上老年人口將達(dá)到4.4億左右。我國(guó)目前仍處于社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,我們已在經(jīng)濟(jì)并不發(fā)達(dá)的歷史條件卜進(jìn)入老年型社會(huì),許多地方需要同時(shí)承擔(dān)“扶貧”與養(yǎng)老的雙重任務(wù).因而將使我1I、J面臨更為嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),止如江總書(shū)記所指出的“老齡問(wèn)題越來(lái)越成為一個(gè)重要的社會(huì)問(wèn)題?!比说囊簧型旰屠夏觌A段時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)是人類(lèi)生命的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)。這一特點(diǎn)使得老年人能夠教育年輕人并將種種價(jià)值留給他們,這種作HJ保障了人類(lèi)的生存與進(jìn)步。中國(guó)素以“禮儀之邦”著稱(chēng),尊老愛(ài)老是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德。我國(guó)政府對(duì)老齡事業(yè)也極為重視,1982年我國(guó)成立“中國(guó)老齡問(wèn)題全國(guó)委員會(huì)”,1995年更名為中國(guó)老齡協(xié)會(huì),1986年我國(guó)成立“中國(guó)老年學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)”,1988年又成立了第一個(gè)老齡問(wèn)題研究的科研機(jī)構(gòu)中國(guó)老齡科學(xué)研究中心。2000年中央決定成立全國(guó)老齡上作委員會(huì),由23個(gè)部委組成。對(duì)老齡問(wèn)題,我國(guó)提出了“老有所養(yǎng)、老有所醫(yī)、老有所為、老有所學(xué)、老有所樂(lè)”的老年T.作內(nèi)容及目標(biāo)。2000年黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)出關(guān)T加強(qiáng)老齡I作的決定,批準(zhǔn)了老齡事業(yè)發(fā)展“十五”計(jì)劃綱要,指出了“P五”期間老齡事業(yè)的總目標(biāo),闡明了“卜五”期間我國(guó)老年事業(yè)的任務(wù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)措施,任務(wù)明確,方法可行,目標(biāo)就一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)。發(fā)展城市養(yǎng)老設(shè)施,是解決老人養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的一個(gè)重要辦法。我國(guó)由丁長(zhǎng)期實(shí)行計(jì)劃生育這一基奉國(guó)策,產(chǎn)生家庭親屬關(guān)系的“四、二、一”結(jié)構(gòu),從而造成大量老年家庭,客觀上使家庭養(yǎng)老功能逐漸減弱,加之我國(guó)的社會(huì)服務(wù)體系還很不發(fā)達(dá),因而對(duì)城市養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的發(fā)展要求更為緊迫。但是.我國(guó)這方面的發(fā)展近年來(lái)才剛剛起步。老年人為社會(huì)作出過(guò)巨大的貢獻(xiàn),他們有權(quán)利在人生的最厲階段享受舒適無(wú)憂(yōu)的生活,我們必須為他們創(chuàng)造良好的軟硬件條F}。建筑師的任務(wù)是創(chuàng)造人類(lèi)生活空問(wèn),在社會(huì)日趨老齡化的今天,關(guān)注老年應(yīng)成為我們這個(gè)職業(yè)的神圣職責(zé),本文將結(jié)合T程實(shí)踐一無(wú)錫市社會(huì)福利中心的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)城市養(yǎng)老毆施的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)‘進(jìn)行初步的研究,希望對(duì)相關(guān)R作能起到一定的借鑒作用,并借以引起人家對(duì)老齡問(wèn)題的關(guān)注。
